    My first time at this location.  My Express is located at Main and Teel.

    I used the drive thru today and it was simple.  My choice is always a #1 with green beans and roll.  I love the gravy vs the dipping sauces others offer. I kick it up a bit with two packets of hot sauce in the gravy for a WOW factor.

    Great service and freshly cooked. I also order some catfish and it took 8 mins to cook.  

    Try out this new spot. The car hop lanes aren't functioning yet, but soon.  Enjoy!

    By far the best chicken express around.  Fast, big portions, and cooked just right. I consider myself a chicken express connoisseur and this it the best one in a 10 mile radius.

    I have been to this location a handful of times since I moved to McKinney. Compared to the East Allen location, this place is the bomb! Always friendly, always fresh...and so far always consistent.

    I love this location. The food is always fresh. It's plenty of times I get a little extra for no reason. The customer service here is great. You can see the place from the roadway. It's in a great location. Definitely a returning customer.

    If I could give NO STARS I would - we ordered two meals - made it home and had three boxes: rolls, corn on the cob and chicken.  Took it back - no apology, no offers to make it better - our old good now, 20 minutes later was given to us - my husband said:"it better be hot as my wife won't be happy with cold fish!" No response, actually the person "serving" us just walked away.  My husband walked out as he was OUTRAGED over the lukewarm food and pour attitudes of at least 5 workers - have no clue who the manager was. I tried to call and their voicemail is full.  WILL NOT GO BACK -will drive a bit further for better service!!! 3/24/19.
